Live by the big play die by the big play. We won't hit 3 - 50+ yard TD passes against anyone in our conference.

Disagree. We have at least three guys that are more than capable of getting behind any defense in our conference and BJ certainly has the arm.

He called what he was forced to call.

At 31-20 what were the other options? In hindsight, missing the 2 point conversion forced us to stay aggressive. Had we made it, I am 99% certain we play for the game tying fg.

Sadly, I agree and we probably would have missed the field goal thereby taking a loss instead of a win. We should all be happy they missed the two point conversion.

The two pointer was forced because of the missed XP. Has anyone seen or heard what happened there? Looked either Bonani or someone else had the snap count wrong, he took a step a beat too early.

I heard it was a double-clutched snap throwing off the timing.

Who ever decided to defer to the second half nearly lost us the game.

Haha. Sure. I certainly hope it happens. But being "capable" don't get it done.

I agree .... but when's the last time we could say that we had 3 like that? It at least helps the odds of it happening ... ;)

Long snapping (and snapping in general) looked shaky the entire game... one of those areas we have been spoiled at over the years at USF and perhaps taken for granted.

I've never understood why USF doesn't run a more wide open offense ala Oregon especially with the speed we currently have. We don't have tons of elite talent like Oregon does, but sometimes our offense can be so boring and vanilla which makes no sense when you have so many WR's that can make plays.

Last year and the year before we did not have so many WR's that could make plays.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
