their arena is nice, but the dome is pretty much on par after the renovations. it's not like you can really outdo each other unless you're going all out like louisville or kentucky have. court, seats, concessions, plenty of bathrooms. both ucf and usf have that.

i don't think ucf has much for club sections though, but they do have a few suite boxes.

Given UCF's OCS and associated sales from tickets, parking, and concessions, does anybody know what kind of revenue they take in on a typical gameday?

How does that compare to us once we settle our obligations with the TSA and Glazers?

I'm pretty sure that they way that UCF payed for the OCS AND the Arena, they don't see any revenue at all for a certain # of years. The developer gets them... then after year X, UCF takes the revenue.

I agree with Ghost. If you need a Gamestop on campus to seal the deal for you to commit, then you're likely not going to be getting much tail to begin with. Enjoy playing Halo with all the fellas around the world that would rather stay locked up in their mom's basement rather than enjoying all the beautiful eye candy USF has to offer.

Just posted a thread in the State board. I'm pretty disappointed about this one. I really wanted these guys at USF. They both seemed like great kids.

Shaquem was not bad at all. He earned quite a few of those offers. Maybe not quite up to USF, but I liked his story and his determination. I really think at worst he would've been a kid that came in, worked hard and was a role player through his career.

They should have taken our offer right away, if they really wanted to play here. Perhaps, our offer was contingent, but I don't know about that.
