Well, that was fun while it lasted. Anyone know off hand the last time we beat Nick Saban in a recruiting battle?

Depends on whether or not Saban wants him.  You know he has his pick.  Only thing I'm worried about is that the guy is the slickest, smoothest recruiter on the planet.  He could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves.  He could tell the truth that a guy would be 3rd string at least until his junior year and the recruit will still get stars in their eyes thinking they have a chance to compete to start right away.

I read somewhere that Chase is going to Bama to throw for Saban to try and earn a scholarship he's doing the same at UL. Whether an offer comes or not is to be seen

He absolutely should be looking for more offers, never know what is going to happen.  He should be working for every offer he can get.  I hope he comes to USF (regardless of the new commit, competition is good).  However he has to look out for #1, don't blame him 1 bit.
