You can not win if you don't play. Pretty sure we lose some recruits to FIU too, when we don't offer them.

The fact that several of our recruits haven't been analyzed by the recruiting services plays a role in this.

Am I missing something? The #2 DE in the area is begging USF for an offer and flat out saying he'd take it if they offered...and you don't offer?
