Our new board software has an html editing system. When cutting and pasting from other websites, sometimes you need to click the switch icon to "Toggle editing mode" so you can paste JUST the text, without all the fromatting.

I don't think Tom Brady was recruited much if at all either. Good arm strength, touch, accuracy, and leadership ability can carry him far. I don't know what more you want in a a QB other than decision making ability, and he probably has that as it looks like he is a student of the game. Sounds like a nice addition to the team.
