How did we even come close to beating them?!? Is clemson that bad? VT looked good against Michigan and Clemson beat them soundly .......Clemson is helping them out but still wow

We beat Clemson this time last year. Does that answer your question?

Not really. I mean it isn't like WVU rolled the Big East. There was a great deal of parody in our league. This means maybe the conference was stronger in general.. or so one may argue.

All we will hear about is that they are going to the Big 12...most will forget they are a BE team. As far I am concerned they are bastards and I was hoping they would lose.

Regardless of the result, the Big East was going to get the shaft on the coverage.

West Virginia wins, the Big XII gets the spin for going out and getting them.

West Virginia loses, the Big East gets the spin as being a weak conference.

Until we get a commissioner who realizes the football drives the NCAA, the Big East will remain the doormat conference for the media.
