Keep Snyder, Keep Fitch (thought I'm not a big fan), move hargreaves away from special teams to DE only, hire Chris Hovan as DT coach, Hire new ST coach.

Are you kidding me. Fitch needs to be gone, the guy sucks.

Snyder would be fine if Dungey wanna be Holtz grew some balls and let the guy call his plays instead of that conservative crap.

I lost a lot of my faith in Holtz this year, but he deserves 3-4 years. Though, if he goes 5-7 again next year that may be off the table.

Exactly how I feel.

fuhbull's posts really aren't worth reading. nothing but "Holtz sucks / Leavitt rules / (random comment about male genitals)" in some combination or another over and over again... if you've read one you've read them all.

Got to say, I really have a problem with Fitch's play calling. He does some things that are just really tough to understand, that and the predictability are reason enough to make a change there. Something has to be done on ST, we need a whole lot more consistency there. VH is likely a good coach, but not a ST guy. The ST play against WVU was absolutely frightening and the rest of the year wasn't pretty.

Dungy is one of the most respected and greatest coaches of the modern era.

Replace Kevin Patrick with Chris Hovan? Why? Do you know he was here learning from the S&C coach...he wasn't coaching a specific position. Plus Patrick is one hell of a recruiter

Also,

You can't have a ST coach and a DE coach.

If you have a ST coach the DE must get rolled into the DTs coaches duties. The NCAA has limitations on the amount of coaches you can have on staff.
