I dont want him to go. What will that do? It will just create more instability. We dont need a revolving door of coaches. It doesnt help the players or the program. We need stability. His recruits will come in and hopefully this team will find an identity. I wouldnt mind seeing our special teams coach and Fitch go.

As long as Skip is here, those guys will be too. He doesn't have the balls to fire them.

You can cry, b***h and moan about it. Nothing is going to happen with the coaching. He can't help the hand that he was dealt with. Last year he had senior leadership. They did better than expected with the leftover talent. This year he doesn't have the talent or the leadership and now you are asking for his head. Plus he have players that either shouldn't be on the field or out of position. And that could be from lack of depth. Michael Lanaris is not a starting MLB for a fast defensive team in Florida. He is built more like a MLB on a Big 10 team. Kavon Webster is not a cornerback. He's more fit to play safety. And Darrell Scott should not be starting over Demetris Murray.

We must give him time. He's only had one full year of recruiting. The players he has brought in this year will be stars. Players like Andre Davis, Elkino Watson, Ruben Gonzalez, Kenneth Durden, Willie Davis. He haven't gotten his big name QB in here yet. ( I really hope it's Trenton Norvell) It could be Matt Floyd next year. But the team he has still have a lot of Leavitt players on it. And yes, CJL would have won more games with the talent that's here. And BJ would have benefited with CJL here. BJ was brought in here to be that next Grothe. To play wild and improvise on the run style. That not how Coach Skip offenses operate. Let Skip get all of his players in here.

The hand he was given? He inherited the second most talented team in the League two seasons in a row. What else can you ask for? Get him outta here... Bring in this own players...you got jokes. The guy can't even keep his players from decommitting so sure, give him time. You must be Doug Funny's spokes person, next you will tell me Prado will have the baseball team wining Big East titles ery soon.

He inherited a team that didn't have football knowledge. Football IQ of a biscuit. This must be Jim Leavitt that's responding to this post. They were known as a fast dumb team team. Have you forgot.

Leavitt has been gone for 2 years. You sound like when Obama still blames Bush for the economy.

This has nothing to do with politics. Leavitt has been gone for 2 years. But he left his trash behind.

FIU and Marshall had the talent to beat UofL....

Holtz is tied for 2nd longest tenure in the big east.

the university of louisville was in shambles 2 years ago when steve kragthorpe left and they just won a share of the conference title.

Jim Leavitt left this place in much better shape than kragthorpe left louisville. holtz and Strong have been at their respective schools for the same amount of time.

And whose job is that to change it? Last time I checked the only real big wins by the this program came under Leavitt. Leavitt smashed Louisville every time they came into Tampa. As for Skip...he can't win a home game against a real team to save his life. We saw how this season would turn out under UTEP, we saw exactly what our team was made out of. After that game I saw us losing some games but never this many.

And buddy, Leavitt's players didn't give up 17 point leads late in the game or in the game at all. Unless Skip wins the BE title easily next season, we had a better coach before him.

Our players under Leavitt at least played tough and had the personality of their coach. Under Holtz we play about as soft as he is

Well if you think Obama can fix Bushes ***** up economy in four years your are insane. Bush came in with a surplus, when he left we had Trillions of dollars in debt. If you really think that even compares to USF football then I am done with you. Trillions of dollars in debt does not equal Second most talented team in the league two seasons in a row.

Obama has every right to blame Bush. If you wanna give fixing that mess a try please go right ahead. Bush ruined everything this country stood for, and most of us will not be alive to see that change.

As for Holtz, he has not played a more talented team in conference yet...but is 1-5. Yea he sure needs more time.

While I think some coaching changes need to be made, either philosophically or personnel wise, coaching didn't blow assignments leaving guys wide open.

I agree with that.
