Can we officially stop going after elite 11 qbs from now on? Or at least wait to offer until January like these other programs did.

It wouldn't do any good. Comments about him would be made on the other qb threads and screw those up .... and we don't really know where the heck he's really leaning.

In all honesty, I don't care if he signs or not. Hopefully we get someone like a John O'Korn, Akeem Jones, or at least a JUCO instead to complement our recruiting class. With that in mind, this "lock the thread" talk sounds like sour grapes because some people don't like what he's done. Being butt hurt because he is still exploring options isn't a reason to lock a thread. Rafferty, Kemp, Hardison, etc. are likely going elsewhere, but they still have unlocked threads. Has he even said anywhere that he's leaning more towards another school than USF? All I've seen is that his father enjoyed the Clemson visit the most. Stop pouting, man up, and leave the thread alone if you don't like it. Christ sakes.

I remember Grothe...He was to small for the pros. NO hipe he just loved USF and gave it his all. Never used USF for a sounding board..We need a quaterback thats quiet and deadly....
