What a ridiculous thread. Don't get me wrong I WILL TAKE the trophies but they are nothing to write home about. Yes we will display them but you are also talking about a school that raises a banner when their basketball program makes the NIT. We need to not settle for mediocrity. It is a start for our program but I except to start a real display in the very near future!!

Most schools raise an NIT banner (excluding Duke, Kansas, UNC, UCLA).  Florida has two national championships and 4 final fours, and they still have NIT banners.

I don't think anyone is settling, but we should be proud of winning a bowl game and taking home some hardware (and raising a banner).

USF football has been to 6 straight bowls and are 4-2.

We're an average team that has been on the verge of greatness since we joined the Big East.

What would be nice is an OCS so we can display our bowl victories and our eventual BEast Titles on some kind of permanent display in the OC stadium  :stirpot

There is no reason you can't do something along those line with where we play now.

You could put up a bowl history along the sidelines/behind the endzone on those banners that they put up for each home game.
