The issues with Weatherford go much deeper and much longer.  The truth will be coming all out soon. He was drunk at homecoming dance (on school property) and was suspended (shorter than the other student/students involved 2 days versus 7days) but then the guy (after being suspended) came drunk to school on Friday.  That is now the issue along with all the other cover ups through out his years at LOL.  The Bulls would be smart to check into all the issues swept under the rug in the past before having him part of our team.  Go Bulls-we do not need a kid with so much baggage...

Wow.  If true, do NOT give this kid a scholly.

My point is underage drinking(if true why) is the least serious thin Stevie could have done. Its not like he was caught doing drugs and covered it up or pretty much anything else; minus some of the less social people I know I'm pretty sure everyone I know drank back then; especially those of us involved in athletics.

If what some people are saying is true, he brought alcohol to school. I'd say that's a little more serious than drinking a beer at a buddy's house or something.

More serious because he brought booze to school, liquored up the cheerleading coach, then banged her in the bathroom? that'd be a good story.

Now thats some bad stuff!  Although I think they wouldve brought in the police if a school staff member sexed up a student

I was just saying that'd be a good story, not that thats what happened.

If there are these potential issues with him now, then does that mean we go full force for Grady?

Sounds like they knew something was up with the bottle and told him to throw it away to protect him.

So if Hatchers story was true, why were Kitchie and the Cheerleading Coach suspended?

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
