Interesting.

First article I've seen that positions the travel burden on the existing BE schools rather than on TCU.

I don't see travel as an issue, especially if it just means you cut out one long-distance OOC game.

Hope this happens, and that we get both TCU and UCF this go-round and that Houston and Memphis can step up and make it in next year. Be nice to have some southern blood to spill in the conference!

Time to give St Johns of DePaul the Boot.

St. John's isn't going anywhere. DePaul would be a good candidate to remove from the league.

It's not surprising that TCU would say no to football only. Losing DePaul opens the door for TCU and Villanova makes the jump to get to 10 football programs.

We better do it ASAP, an all sports invite. Imagine if they finish out and win the championship this year. They could have a very different outlook on joining the BE.
