Sorry to see this.  Matt may not be a prototype QB but he is a football player and was always entertaining.

They have now cut loose Buie and Grothe.  Makes it harder to pump up local interest in the Tuskers, particularly upcoming USF alumni day.

Rumor has it the front office was getting death threats for having Grothe on the team to begin with ...

I hope Matt finds a place on a CFL or Arena team.  He is a great athlete and did some terrific stuff.  I know he might not fit the dimensions of a big time QB, but he showed he can win against some of the top College teams in the country.  They would be surprised if they gave him a shot.
