I would be happy with Leavitt, Canales, and Franks gone. Maybe our OL coach as well. Idk about Tresey though.

new strength coach, our teams numbers are no where near many bcs schools

Coach Mckeefry was voted S&C coach of the year not that long ago, not bad for a guy with out a dining hall considering most major programs have them.  Keef is pretty much running a S&C program with one hand tied behind his back.

I would settle for a new Offensive Coordinator, Leavitt is a good coach his only fault is that he can't fire people that fail to perform... Chico should get canned the day after the I-Bowl for his many screw ups this season.

more former Bulls in the pros following Anthony Henry's lead and sharing a little of their wealth with the program that launched them.

HUGE.

Also, "regular" alumni need to step up. You know, the ones who are fans of those "other 3" schools...
