playing a game this Saturday at home?  Not one thread on the first page about this game.  We're so worried about FSU and Miami.  I guess that's why they call them "trap" games.  Hope Jim isn't having the same troubles with the team.

No, it's an exhibition not a game.  It doesn't even count toward bowl eligibility.

On top of that CSU lost to Wofford by 30 last week...

We could field a team from the stands and win this game.

Too funny. I was going to start a thread with pretty much the exact same title ..... only mine was driven by the fact that when i sat down to my daily ritual of reading the local sports pages over lunch, there was nothing, nada, zilch, bupkis, zero in the Trib today about USF football.  :-\

Why anyone would still read the tribune is beyond me. I got rid of that garbage a few years ago.

There was plenty about the Bulls in the Times.

I read them both. As a Tampa native, I've grown up with the Trib and can't imagine not reading it on a daily basis ...... after putting up with years of the biggest Gator homer of all times listing off his lame breakfasts on a regular basis, I can pretty much put up with anything.

I disagree-- these kids are still good athletes, just not quite as fast or big as ours.

I know-- you are just kidding around. But those guys are just a step or two lesser than the athletes we have == and in some cases just as good as ours. I bet they have a good place kicker.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
