I saw it just now. Thank god for tivo. I thought it was cool.

Im thinking of trying out nexy year in a UCF thong.

Hey, no need for the name calling.  We DVR it at our house too.  Of course, I should explain I have three daughters....   I was watching the USF game last night (though wasn't happy with the end result) but we dvr'ed Idol.  

That being said, while much of the show has produced pop singers which I am not a fan of, I do like Carrie Underwood, and I think David Cook from last year could be successful in a rock band type of role....

Some of the stuff is just plain cheesy and lame.

Missed it... Pretty much will be watching American Idol as a plea bargain with the g/f. She pretty much doesn't b*tch about me having three tv's on with sports on every channel as long as I give her one of the tv's if she is at my house when Idol is on with sound. I'm fine with that after seeing the first episode the other day with the hot girl in the bathing suit. Guess I'll have to ask her about the Bulls girls on the Kansas episode. That is awesome though!

I should note this was the first episode I have ever seen (my girl said it is the 8th year)... ironically enough, if the show came out in 2001, that was the same year I was living in GreenbergOpolis (and my g/f wonders how I've never seen the show before as she is an Idol groupie - I was chasing women that wanted to be my Idol  ;D).
