Currently at 14, would probably climb higher than Boise State, and if they do knock off BYU (as our old pals TCU did), that adds to the credibility. Utah or Boise might go undefeated as well. If Tulsa does go undefeated, they will be last years Hawaii.

Guest
Tulsa will probably go undefeated, but might not end up being ranked high enough. Utah or Boise might go undefeated as well. If Tulsa does go undefeated, they will be last years Hawaii. The rule is Top 12 to automatically qualify ... OR ...Top 14 or higher than one of the BCS conference's champion to be at-large.Utah and Boise State are both higher than the highest ranked teams in TWO BCS confernces - Big East and ACC.And if Tulsa stays ahead of Florida State, then Tulsa, Ball State and BYU might also be ahead of Florida Sate.Utah has games @ New Mexico (which put up 70 points this week) as well as TCU and BYU at home.Boise State has tough games @ San Jose State, @ Nevada, and a season ender against Fresno State.Ball State has a trip to Central Michgan and then plays at home against Western Michigan to end the season.Tulsa has to play @ Arkansas, @ Houston, and also has the C-USA championship against ECU (or it could be Marshall, which means back-to-back games against MU)TCU only has to play at Utah, but I don't know if they can get high enough in the polls. The real interesting part of the BCS is how many SEC and Big 12 teams remain in the Top 12... imagine being #6 or #8 and having to play in the Capitol One or Cotton Bowls? Combine that with the Gator Bowl scenario and we could slide down. Do not think it will happen (Pitt will lose at least one BE game, and we might as well) but interesting/scary proposition. Terrible. TheMWC is so much better than the wac its really a joke... The only team that can knock off boise in the wac is fresno and i doubt theyll do it on the road.Id much rather ball state get it than any of the western teams.
