Also... UConn is still unbeaten in Big East play, so both WVU and we have to win out for us to get into the head-to-head situation - it's not just RU we have to worry about.

RU is the only one we have to worry about that we have no control over...

we will be extra penalized in the polls... you can bet on it

we will be lucky to stay ranked. the world was watching and half were hoping we would fail. we will be blowtorched by spitefull sportswriters and "experts" tomorrow

Honestly I don't care.  We got ranked for the first time in history.  We won big games, we climbed all the way to #2 which is pretty cool.  Now if we win the Big East it doesn't matter.  If don't win the Big East then it's another steamer bowl for us.

Somewhere I read that the #2 ranking which we obtained is higher than any other current big east team has ever done in the conference.

I'd say about 12th but that depends on how the other teams do this weekend

we wont fall to #15.

we lost to a decent team, on the road, admist suspect calls, on a thursday night, by 3 points.

i just hope auburn beats LSU
