Painting the Field

Hey so looks like we may in luck. While I have seen no official announcement the Bucs are at Carolina on 9/30 and at Indy on 10/7. That would mean USF has plenty of time to redo the field for Daddy Glazier.

Has anyone seen an official word? It would be nice if they do the entire field for WVU including the 50 yard line emblem.

I would expect the WVU and UL games to be painted.

Unfortunately, we will never be able to paint anything around the 30's which is where the league wants Big East.  Our Big East is on the side of the benches off the field out of camera range.

Well, I believe this week it's gonna be the full-on Bucs logo... as the Bucs kickoff just over 20 hours after the USF game will end... with pregame warmups 1-2 hours before kickoff... and I don't think the field can be painted that quickly.

that sucks since were on espn this weekend......but hopefully for WVU well be able to get that STUPID UGLY white flag out of there

I for one believe that the Bucs should just have to play thier game with Bulls logos on the field. 8)

I remember one game where they painted over the white with green paint and it blended in nicely with the grass color around it, and it looked MUCH better. I don't know why they reverted back to that ghastly white. That would solve the problem.

I would bet for UNC we get the white flag/green U with the end zones Buccaneers.  The reason is that even with the Bucs Flag on the 50, they would have to repaint it Saturday evening because it would get a bit beat up with all the play near the 50.
