Running Back Mike Ford Admitted to USF

TAMPA, FLA. (January 12, 2007) -- Mike Ford, a standout running back who rushed for 2,836 yards at Sarasota High School in 2004, has been admitted to USF and will be permitted to participate in spring football.

Ford, 6-2, 220, will maintain freshman eligibility in the fall after attending Hargrave Military Academy in 2005-06.

1. Exhale deeply, contracting the belly.

2. Inhale slowly as you expand the abdomen.

3. Continue inhaling as you expand the chest.

4. Continue inhaling as you raise the shoulders up towards your ears.

5. Hold for a few comfortable seconds

6. Exhale in reverse pattern, slowly. Release shoulders, relax chest, contract the belly.

7. Repeat.
