(January 12, 2007) -- Mike Ford, a standout running back who rushed for 2,836 yards at Sarasota High School in 2004, has been admitted to USF and will be permitted to participate in spring football. Ford, 6-2, 220, will maintain freshman eligibility in the fall after attending Hargrave Military Academy in 2005-06.

Inhale slowly as you expand the abdomen. 3. Continue inhaling as you expand the chest. 4. Continue inhaling as you raise the shoulders up towards your ears. 5. Hold for a few comfortable seconds 6. Exhale in reverse pattern, slowly. Release shoulders, relax chest, contract the belly. 7. Repeat.
