He did not want to put Grothe in because he is too loyal to PJ, if it was not for the injury in the McNeese game who knows what USF's record would be right now. Matt was going to play the second half of the MSU game. He went in just a little earlier in the 2nd quarter because of the injury and if I recall, didn't really do too much that quarter. He made his bones in the 2nd half WHERE HE WAS GOING TO PLAY ANYWAY. Plus, PJ was healthy enough to play against FIU but didn't see the field because CJL had turned the team over to Matt already..... so enough with this bullspit about the injury FORCING Leavitt to play Grothe.
