Would McNeese count this year towards bowl eligibility?

My guess is No because haven't we already used a I-AA win this four years?  Anybody know?  Brett?  Greg?

The NCAA changed the rule to 1 I-AA team every year. And I believe they also dropped the scholarship requirement as well. The I-AA teams like the paydays for balancing the books.

Yes they count the new rules are you can count one 1AA win EVERY year. Thats why so many teams are playing them as the 12th game. Six wins, one a 1AA gets you Bowl eligible yearly

Cool, thx.  That makes sense.  In that regard it certainly pays to schedule a I-AA.

We might go bowling with 6 wins somehow.  How many will show up in Toronto?  Maybe 2000?
