Have a little faith! From 1-11 to 7-6 in one year? Even if we get half the improvement…that would be 10-3! That could put us in the aac championship game and send us to a CFp game! Smu is gone, so the top 2 aac teams should  b Tulane and utsa…utsa had one loss in conference…

My prediction is still a two game regular season improvement from 6-6 to 8-4. There are just to many question marks on defense, including a questionable DC, to make me go any higher than 8 regular season wins.

The first 6 games will tell us a lot, if we are to have a real shot at CFP we must be no worse than 4-2 and that would mean with split the four games of: @Alabama, Miami, @Tulane, Memphis

Well, last year we didn't beat any team with a winning record, so I think a seven-win season would be an improvement and 8-4 would be pretty dang impressive in CAG's second year.

I would love to see it, but we are a long ways away. It all depends on the improvement from the defense. If we can upset Bama or the U  it would be huge for the momentum for the season.

I agree, but what a reflection of where we are. A year ago people thought 3 or 4 wins would be a step forward, and we went bowling. Stunning turnaround
