He had a bad start, but found his mojo as did our offense in his last three games. Defense lost us a bunch of games, offense was decent . Last three games 6 td and 0 interceptions, plus did well rushing as well.

Bohanon would have been a great option to have as a back up qb

If GB was getting back to his 2021 pre-injury form there's no telling what would have happened, that year and beyond, if he hadn't gotten injured again in 2022.

His usf legacy  is 0 fbs wins, 54% chance to complete a pass , 1td:1int ratio, qbr in bottom of college football. His MOJO was ZERO wins and bottom of college football for qbs . If you want to award him some moral victories you can. Marsh and Brown outplayed him. Brown showed last year he was replaceable and a nonfactor on the field. He moved on because he wasn't getting on the field here. I guess we can thank him for mentoring Byrum  and giving him a stage to win and produce on the field.

My argument is not that he is better than Brown or that he is not replaceable. My argument is that he probably would have been a better option to have compared to our current back up QB's.  Again the way the world works the probability of having your starting QB injured at some point is sizable.

And lets not forget its not like he wasn't able to win games; he did so in the Big 12, and it wasn't entirely on him when at USF with the defense we had

He lost his job to a younger and better qb that had a better arm and was more accurate at Baylor. Same thing at usf and  why he left usf and baylor. He is a good person and mentor. Wouldn't be a bad qb2/3 but he has left with zero fbs at usf as a qb. Guy just wasn't good enough to get anything accomplished here on the field. The more players from the Scott era we get rid of, the better we will be.

Yasheen the transfer  will take his place and be just fine. He produced more on the b1g then Terry at usf or baylor.

He doesn't do well with facts so don't waste too much time.  The overall numbers here were skewed because we were completely outmatched by teams in the OOC portion of the schedule

Facts? You are delusional man still. His qbr rating in the bottom 1/4 of college football. HE had was inaccurate, made bad throws costing usf a chance to get him an fbs win at usf, and was outplayed by Marsh and Brown.

He was the worse 3 of the starting qbs that year. We got a 7 fbs wins without him.

The baylor coach said the redshirt freshmen won the job in  on the field  by his play on during spring pratice.   He transferred out. This happened twice.

Yet the coach was the redshirt freshmen won the job in the spring  by his play on the field to finish the season and he transferred out. This happened twice.

lol, we won 1 FBS game in 3 years under Scott and it was GB's fault we lost to UF ..... you're so clueless

and yet their passing accuracy at Baylor were nearly identical
