My 2 cents. This isn't a money play.

If he goes it is a chance to go home, and play in a league with a better shot at a Natty.

I hope he stays, but he earned the right to do whatever he feels is best for him, and I will wish him well.

This is my thought too.

Hope he stays. His run with women's basketball has been one of the most impressive  in USF history. The only one I can think of is maybe Kiefer's run in men's soccer.

I agree, except it will be very difficult for anyone leading Miami WBB to even win the ACC title. Much more competitive league with Louisville, Notre Dame, NC State, Va Tech, North Carolina, Syracuse, FSU and Duke all very good this season.

That is a thought. ACC much better league than AAC, that can work for or against a team's chances.

I'm surprised this didn't happen a long time ago. The WBB teams are always competitive or ranked.

He has stayed, put in his time, been a dedicated Bull, been an advocate for the whole department. Oh and he has put a winning program on the courts.

As has been said, I hope most of the roster stays, and I hope he stays, but if you're going to leave USF you can't ask for a better tenure and leader than CJF

I would not say it will be more difficult if he takes most of the players with him. Next year's squad will be one of his best, if not the best. And he likes to schedule Power 5 teams; so, he would be going into an ideal situation for him.

I think we can do both. Pay Jose to stay, and free up money for Coach Amir.

Jose has been our most consistent coach so we should do what we can to keep him.
