I wish I could be this bad at a job and keep getting hired. He'll disappear for awhile and resurface at a smaller school and still get paid mid-six figures.

He always seemed more concerned that the players' jerseys were tucked in than whether they played well.

I knew we were in trouble when he said had he known USF was going into the Big East, he wouldn't have taken the job.

He was victim to an unimaginable circumstance with the passing of Bradley Mosley. We were beginning to turn the corner before Bradley was diagnosed with his condition.

Unfortunately, we never really turned it around and then we entered the Big East.

He still got us closer the the NCAA Tournament than Seth ever did.

Yes, Seth did that twice.

My comment was McCullum getting us closer to the NCAA Tournament than Seth ever did, which is accurate.

I believe he said that after he was fired and can't really blame him for it. He wasn't ready for that big of a jump and think he'd have fared better had we stayed in CUSA ..... although, I'm still not real sure why LRS hired him, based on his resume, even for the level we were at.

I will say, his resume is pretty awesome. Includes a stint as the HC of the Nigerian men's basketball team and an assistant with the Guangzhou Long-Lions...

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
