I believe what is being said is that someone's historical/accumulative investment in athletics will be a factor in the prioritization.

Yes. My fear was that with all the buzz about a new a stadium (and possibly a winning team in a better conference) that many businesses will get behind USF and plop down a large donations just before that season and get priority over those of us who have been there since day 1, but perhaps at a lower donor level. 
 

I was told earlier by someone else from USF that they were talking about the need to respect the ones who never gave up, but it’s even better to also hear it from the man at the top.

I’m sure they are working on this but I would guess some combination? I have had season tix since season 1 so that’s good to hear. I am really curious though.
