This is how I see it as well. A scenario that might be okay is if USF can position itself as a/the top G5 school, and we raid the talent of lesser G5s. Or perhaps we get a couple P5 transfers who aren’t wash outs.

I made a chart of how we have been using the transfer portal. So far we are on track for the amount of incoming and outgoing in 2020. I think after Spring camp we should get the full amount.

Exactly!! Basically it is all going to come down to how the program’s systems work. Right now I do believe USF has installed a great system with CAG at the helm. He knows his types of players that can make his system work well. Just need to plug in those players and USF will be fine regardless of how many players leave for whatever reasons.
