You know... I was about to ask what the hell is up with the rotating captains. You beat me to it. 

Hype video is **** good though. The marketing team or whoever is making these has been excellent!

I actually like the rotating captains idea. At least for now for where we are.

I'm not a fan. They should know who the leaders are now. Set your leaders/captains and a set bar for the younger guys.  It's gimmicky like the grit **** from last year
