We keep hiring coaches that want to force players to play in systems that don't match their skill or talent. We need to run a spread option offense and ditch the go go offense that needs playmakers at rb,wr, and receivers. We just saw a guy school Golesh on how to use schemes to fit the talent you have.  We keep trying to put a square peg in a round hole.

With time and a little hard work anything is possible

We better see growth and adjustments against U Conn. U Conn is a one win team so this is a great opportunity to get momentum back.

I wouldn't go by number of wins though.  UAB ran their one win team circles around us.

This team shouldn’t be looking at records or taking anyone for granted. No wins, 5 wins, heck I don’t care if we are playing high school teams they need to be dialed in and focused. Momentum will figure itself out once we figure ourselves out

Each week, On3 selects national head coaches of the week.

He went Rambo first blood on Golesh.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
