So, those are giveaways to USF fans. They have a booth setup for giveaways outside the stadium opposite the student section, but there is never anyone there? Why is that?

We went in 30 min early Saturday (gate C) to get hats for my kids and the tables didn't look like anyone had been there all day.

They have to pay somebody to staff those tables. We're in save money mode to pay for the OCS.
