CAG and the staff are saving redshirt seasons for now to see if anyone else gets injured.... we will likely see some freshmen later in the season, since they can play in a few games and still call it a redshirt. Once we get to the FAU game and after, you might see them start getting playing time. That’s exactly opposite of what I said. If he’s held out better players, that may have won a game, HOPING they’ll be here next year? Probably the dumbest decision he could make.

Maybe he just wanted to get past Bama before rotating them in. Also wouldn't mind to see Carter line up as a wr or slot receiver for some real trick plays if he isn't getting time at qb. I think everything is right but your third point. We have had players transfer out that never played a down at USF (Gunnar Smith Qb) or even made it to camper (Demetrius Carter WR). I am sure there are more but they are just off my recent memory.

Pay me, ,play me, or I'm out seems to be the new age of college football. I am saying this kid is like that because I know nothing of him except his scout tape and what he relative posted here. Seems like a good kid that wanted to be a bull. Edited September 18, 2023 by Outlaw

If we can show that the turnaround is happening, we can attract more recruits and transfers.
