USF is ranked #17 for total offense! We just need our D to step up and hold their end of the bargain, as well as avoiding turnovers in the future.

So ... after one game USF is not dead last in total defense - that's an improvement.  That might change after the Alabama game. HA!

USF is tied for 2nd in Rushing YPG... that will go up against FAMU.

120 plays in 30 minutes... 15 seconds per play.

Assuming 50/50 time of possession.

This is really good to me for a game 1.  Yes Alabama is going to hurt those numbers but I think we will be back after that gets diluted in the average.

Nice improvement but must keep working on that!  Defense wins championships is the saying.  

On the offense being in the top 20.  Wow!

USF is #1 in the country in offensive plays per game at 95, tied with California.
