Does’nt appear that The Claw is in any future plans at USF. That’s sad.

I know from your post you won't like this, but I have a great use for it.  3 things go on the claw, if it were up to me.  1. Expand the USF golf complex/center on the north side of the claw.

The clubhouse at the Claw used to be one of my favorite places to go eat wings and watch the Bulls' road games.  Much more enjoyable than me trying to golf there.

3 things go on the claw, if it were up to me. 

1. Expand the USF golf complex/center on the north side of the claw. Give our golf teams lots of tools to practice when it is raining. putting and chipping, driving range, maybe even keep a hole as a teaching tool. (they can partner up with some local course to be our home course, like Tampa Palms. 

2. IM fields, lots of them. softball, soccer/football, whatever. 

3. Huge parking structure. Make first year students not living on campus park there and take the shuttle bus into the heart of campus, it will double as football game day parking, not far from the new stadium. 

(bonus points for a pedestrian bridge over Fletcher, and maybe even a joint pedestrian / bridge just for shuttle buses to keep them moving)

The package deal may have happened however our epic collapse made us untouchable.  Fortunately it doesn’t still sting as badly because we couldn’t justify the ASUN offering us an invite in our current state.
