HA!  I did see the renderings have a couple of tanks / aquariums in them.  Wise to go after that demo as well, considering there are many more fish than humans in a 30 mile radius around the stadium!

They'll still have the only fixed dome stadium in baseball which many will call a fail.  For that kind of dough, there better not be a catwalk in sight.  Foul poles belong in the ground, not floaring up in the air.

Thought I read/heard where the retractable roof would have added another $300 million. But don't ask for a link.
