Wasn't the the rendering they had for when Tampa was trying to be a host for the summer Olympics?

Where is that new rendering from...? 

EDIT: No football operations center, nor Populous watermark, makes me think it's fan-designed. Isn't there an architect/engineer guy on the internet who designs civil projects for fun?

These renderings look much bigger than 35,000 seats.  I'll bet when we see the real one, we'll also be able to recognize some adjacent buildings (like the IPF/football center).
