Watching baseball on + for the first time this year.  Are our batters really slow running to first?  There's been a couple close plays so far today and they seem to really be huffing and puffing trying to beat out the throw.

If our pitching improves over the next few weeks, they might only be "bad" when conference play starts.

I will say that they have a young pitching staff and a very hard early schedule. But with that said NE is taking batting practice once again in Game 2

Snow with grand slam #2 of the weekend

We’ll see what their season brings, but Northeastern was a complete mismatch for us all weekend. They were so much better than us in every aspect of the game. Only the great weekend from the freshman Snow made it look less dominating.
