Depends on the ability  of the coach. He has to be able to recruit hs and transfer portal  then develop  and coach players up. Golesh has his work cut out for him because the dumpster fire of culture change , roster management,  and roster talent CJS left behind.

USF just added grad transfer from Utah, LB Andrew Mataafa 6’3 225 good size will have two year’s eligibility. Was a back up at Utah but the Utes have an elite defense.

Looks like we also added Michael Brown Stephens WR from Minnesota 5’11 195

He has three years eligibility and his stats at Minnesota
