10-3 WBB will get the opportunity to put up one or two marquee victories beginning tomorrow at 6pm against undefeated #3 ranked Ohio State. Then, win or lose, they will get to play either #16 Oregon (9-1) or #17 Arkansas (13-0). If we want a shot to host the first two rounds and get a top 16 seed come the tournament, we really need to win these games. The bulls need to avoid the dreaded 7, 8, 9, 10 seeds to have the best chance to finally make it to the second weekend of the tournament. USF is the only team in the AAC with a top 25 win on the year. We really need to take care of business in conference play this year. Let's Go Bulls!

Any way to watch these other than buying a FloHoops subscription?

GO BULLS!

Unfortunately, it looks like FloHoops owns this tournament's rights. $30 per month is ridiculous and there doesn't seem to be a free preview. Looks like it will either be the radio call or updating on my phone for me.

Yep, live stats for me.  I can now watch the Bolts on TV and refresh WBB stats.

IMO, WBB's ability to spring these "upsets" rest with Williams and Alvarez contributing off of the bench. Williams looks like she is shaking off the rust from not playing for over a year. Alvarez had a tough night against LaSalle. They also need to cut down on the turnovers. We will know a lot more about this team later this week.

Williams shot the ball better but as you pointed it out, she's better from 3 than from 2. If teams start chasing her off the arc we'll see how things progress. Coach harped on the turnover situation before that last game and we still turned it over way too much. Alvarez is also coming off a prolonged absence so can't expect more from her than Williams.

We just need to get meaningful minutes and contributions from those two. The starters are good enough to compete with just about everyone. We need to develop depth. Williams came up big against Marshall and LaSalle. Granted, it is lesser competition,  but if she can continue to give us 8 points off the bench in 15 minutes the ceiling for this team gets much higher. We could have beaten NC State and Michigan with just minimal bench contributions. Against NC State we had 5 players combine for 3 points off of 1-5 shooting, 2 rebounds, and 3 turnovers in 18 total minutes combined.  Against Michigan it was just 3 players off the bench for 18 combined minutes with 2 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 turnovers. I have high hopes for this team, but we need to have a bench.

Refs been calling waaaaaaaaaay too many fouls on USF. Feels like a fix up.
