that dudes been coaching for 100 years though .... and he recruits central florida as well as anyone ....

I will hold him to his words by outworking every coach there is in college football. We have had only one of those coaches before and we had success.  I hope he suceeds and brings In a  solid staff to coach these players into winners.

Those words he speaks do give me hope. Even more so perhaps is that The Sheriff is on board and Cincy fans are all pissy they missed out on him. This guy sounds like the blue collar work ethic we have needed.

Really well spoken, I can see how he would have nailed an interview. If he has the hustle he's talking about, will be a good starting place. 

So much work to do, so much to prove.

Yeah. I remember the secret recruiting battles going on when my son's played HS football in the 90's. Armwood, Hillsborough, Plant etc... Always thought the odds of some of these schools having the talent they had, in their district, every year seemed against all probability.
