So many issues he is struggling with...looks like he hired one of the best options available. Let's celebrate that. 

1. Why did he allow the stadium to feel like a home game for UCF? Literally giving away tickets to anyone else would have been better.

Because UCF fans would actually pay parking, concessions, and make the stadium look even halfway full. You give away tickets to people who don't go, that's 0 dollars being brought in to the program for their only big game of the year. 

2. Why does our band continue to look so bad...even the UCF people wore their uniforms the whole game.

Perhaps UCF's band has a little more pride in their school?

3. Why are so many of our cheerleaders/sun dolls so fat while UCF has shockingly fit cheerleaders (and they are actually crazy athletic)

Not only is this a legit jerk comment to make about college girls, but inaccurate. The cute cheerleaders are like the only redeeming quality da bulls have at this point.

Because it looks stupid to anyone over the age of 5 and it obviously doesn't help you win games.
