he has a big bank account

And an overall losing record with no bowl wins to show. Could of stayed at USF and more than likely dominated AAC and probably be among the schools heading to Big 12. Thanks for nothing

So is this one of those "Give a man a fish..." parables? He did EVERYTHING we asked him to do and WE didn't maintain it. Can't erase his hard work simply because we're both miserable now.

Kind of he recruited really well for one or two classes. More than likely the best two classes in USf history. He was not a great coach but recruiter. He identified why the offense was not working and hired a HS coach to fix it creating the GCO. He did not finish .500 here or win a conference championship. He has pretty much failed every where else since then except Oregon where he went 7-5. I am glad he set himself and family up for the future with the money he made. HE is not the future of USF football and thank him for his time at USF. He went 5-7 at FAU last year playing against a lot of our new conference mates. I do not think he is the guy to turn USF around.

While waiting for our announcement, an interesting article about a possible replacement down there ....

The former FAU offensive coordinator is still lighting up the scoreboard. Is he ready to lead a program on his own?

If I was Fickell I would hire Taggart as the offensive coordinator. The irony would be hilarious, but it would be a great team up.

Think Miami Canes are about to hire Taggart as OC. He already worked with Miami’s coach Mario Christobal at Oregon.

That's a good fit.

And better recruiter down here.  I don't think he'd know what to do with milk and cheese raised boys up in Wisconsin....

He would be able to bring back his Stanford offense since Wisconsin has the OL.  But I been hearing he will be joining the Canes staff. Think the Canes will eventually be a force sooner or later.
