Chris Simms led the Bucs to the first Gruden playoof appearnce in three years, then very nearly gave his life for the Bucs and the team.  And all Gruden did was complain that Simms required coaching, unlike Brad Johnson or Brian Griese.  Doesn't sound like a guy that likes to develop QBs. Sounds more like a guy that likes to call plays and not actually coach young players.
