Andrew Goodrich was one of the most dedicated and decent folks I worked with at USF Athletics Department.  Congratulations and best of luck to him.

One of the last things I remember him saying to me was that his #1 goal was to come back and be the AD here at USF some day.

I would not be surprised to see that one day. Often to get ahead in the athletics industry you have to move around, the path to USF AD is usually not work at USF for 25 years and move your way up.

Lee Roy Selmon is the only exception of an internal candidate becoming AD since 1990 (**** Bowers might be one too before 1990, but I just don't know for sure). (Michael Kelly had USF experience, but had moved on to come back to USF)

Is a great guy and he told us the same as BDYZR.  Really smart and very passionate.

Smart in that he does not, for example, extend coaching contracts arbitrarily?

I am asking for a friend😊

MK has work to do before he is excused from USF. The OCS & ACC invite. Once both those projects are completed he will be excused.

Don't know about this but maybe we can arrange a home-and-home series with the Bulldogs.  I would make the trek from Hickory to Boiling Springs for that one.
