I would not be surprised to see that one day. Often to get ahead in the athletics industry you have to move around, the path to USF AD is usually not work at USF for 25 years and move your way up. Lee Roy Selmon is the only exception of an internal candidate becoming AD since 1990 (**** Bowers might be one too before 1990, but I just don't know for sure).
