Yeah we need to get wins this season. I love college basketball but lately it has been on the back burner due to our mens hoops play..

Would love to get excited about hoops this year.  Not my fault.  I always start out with high hopes in November.

Well, if we don't start out hot in the non-conference schedule this year, it's definitely all over for BG.

Of the 12 non-conference games, EIGHT are against teams with losing records last season:

SE Missouri (14-18), Stetson (11-19), Austin Peay (12-17), Georgia (6-26) OR St. Joe's (11-19), St. Francis (10-20), UMass (15-17), Charleston Southern (6-25), Dartmouth (9-16), NJIT (11-18).

The only schools on our non-league schedule with winning records in 2021-22 are Auburn (28-6), UAB (27-8), Northern Iowa (20-12) and Hofstra (21-11)

Similar to ASU out here, my son's alma mater.  Bobby Hurley lined up the cupcakes this year because his seat got a lot warmer over last season.  Of course, they got beat by cupcake North Florida last season so setting up the patsies doesn't help if you don't prepare.  Still, no more competitive non-cons for that program either. Which is too bad.  A good ass-whipping in the non-con part of schedule can do you good.  Playing great competition is good for you.  Needless to say, BG's seat comes into the season pre-heated as well.

I think the men's team will be much improved this year. I'm looking forward to the start of the season!

With the transfers they grabbed, I think they have a chance. MUST shoot the ball way better this year.

I really, really want to have a good mens basketball team. the WBB team is prime to dominate the conference every year now. why not get MBB on track?

we have the best basketball arena around, in my opinion. the facilities are there, the uniforms are dope, we play in FLORIDA (recruitment should be fantastic....)

LET'S GET THAT JORDAN SPONSORSHIP!
