Virtually impossible to enforce.  Alabama will never get investigated, while USF will get sanctioned.

Still better than having nothing at all ..... and who knows, maybe an Auburn grad makes his way to code enforcement.

High school athletes have begun reaching business deals using their name, image and likeness through marketing contracts.

No scholarship limits could just kill college football. Low end P5 and high end G5 schools may get some good players because the blue bloods don't have any room left. But if FSU and UF don't have to worry about running out of spots we'll really be scraping the bottom of the barrel

Worst case scenario, a ton of schools closeup shop on their sports programs. Imagine the hit on FCS schools?

NCAA has lost all control of college football and needs to be completely redone. I don’t know how or what would take place of it though?

Doing some simple math here, allowing for a roster of 105, that would mean 20 additional scholarships available at each school. Just from a pure numbers standpoint, the top 50 programs would take another 1,000 players away from those in the bottom half. That could be extremely detrimental. However, that doesn't account for players that want playing time. There are still only about 25 guys that get to start and, realistically, about 60 guys that can expect to play in any given game. Would USF lose a high 3 star recruit to Alabama so he could be player number 99 for them? I actually think this would impact the teams outside the top-15 a lot more than it would the G5 programs. Alabama would be using their extra scholarships to steal some of the 4 stars from the Florida States and Louisvilles of the world. Out of everything that is ruining the game of college football, this would fall outside of my top 5 or 10 concerns.

Players still don't wanna sit on the bench . . . we are seeing that now with the portal.

The no limit on # of coaches is a bigger help to larger programs.

Yet another reason why the NILs are the least of the problems with the way CFB is heading...

Regardless of if the rule comes to fruition or not, schools will still have to remain within the overall roster limit of 85 allocated scholarships.
