It certainly could happen, but if the goal was to have EVERYTHING is place regarding the stadium by June 30, 2022, then starting the fund in FY23 makes sense.

I know that most everyone on this board is very excited about the the OCS, but we want to do thing s the right way and no rush things the way UCF did.

If they want money, I would just make a donation.   Cut out the expense and empty promise of a brick.

The bricks at Disney World were said to be guaranteed for a set period of time, which was supposedly 2011.  Disney didn't remove them until 2019 when construction necessitated change.

If anything, these bricks would be a form of renewable option where if needed for removal, something new could take its place.

Put $10/week in an envelope in your sock drawer until it gets announced and you'll be ready to go.

Well, thanks to crypto, looks like I’ll be able to fund the stadium single-handedly.
