Basically the argument ender to whoever disputes what conference is better between big 12 & ACC. It is the fact that WVU, Cindy, & UCiF would drop the big 12 like a rented mule if the ACC sent them invites. Anyone disputing that are just blowing gas….

Not sure if c would - B12 is their kind. I'd like to see us vs them on rivalry weekend inter-conference, like UF/FSU. Cinci I think will leave at the drop of a hat, and WVU would hesitate cause they were scorned by the ACC previously, but do think they'd ultimately prefer to compete more regionally with the ACC.

One caveat though. Those teams, if receiving an ACC invite today would probably at this time refuse, and wait out the situation to see how many teams the ACC loses.

If it became clear that the ACC would be losing only 2-3 teams than they would probably accept an invitation.

If it becomes clear that the ACC is losing a bunch of teams than those teams would likely refuse and stay in the Big 12

Why would they pay the B12 $50 million exit fee to join a potentially crumbling ACC?

They won't be able to afford the exit fees or break the Big 12 Grant of Rights ... they're in the Big 12 for a while.

Basically it would be like this.
Hey are you interested in coming to the ACC? - ACC

Heck yeah!! Just say when! Can you help get us out of this mess?? - big 12 Eastern Islanders (UCiF, Cindy. WVWho)

Sorry about your luck, we are going go in another direction and bring in someone with less baggage this go around. Maybe next time! - ACC

Isn't this the same for the ACC conference whiners such as FSWHO and ClemsummScottCulture? FSU pretty much out a try out for the sec and georgias back ups beat them to a pulp.

Why would anyone leace the ACC for the dead SWAC/B1g8 rebranded twice time now with all the teams with highest value leaving Mizzou, TAMU,Okalahoma, and Texas. The ACC has been around since the 1950s and has a lot more value than the  b12 which is the dead  conference leftovers from the pac12, swac, and big 8.   Arkansas was ahead of the curve and never joined the b12 and went straight to the SEC. Then their big rival Mizzou said hey can you get us into the best athletic confernce. They have been trying to build up the big 12  brand but then all the power programs Mizzou, TAMU, Okalahoma, and Texas  said see you guys later we want to join a conference with better academics , championship pedigree teams, and more conerence prestige.

Any ACC team would leave their conference to go to the SEC or B10 if they could afford it.  The B12 is hardly dead and given all the speculation of the top ACC brands leaving for either the SEC or B10 I am fairly certain no B12 will do anything till all that dust settles

Absolutely but they cant afford it.  They want to whine and scream to get out of a contract they signed, but FSU had a chance to prove their worth on the field and got demolished by Georgia who had more NFL talent sitting out than FSU. If you want to be the best you have to beat the best and not get murdered on the scoreboard in the biggest game since Crab legs were free in Tallanasty.
