Money HAD been one of the historical issues at USF so your point doesn't hold water. Donations have been highest during our worst years. If you want to justify backing off because of a nebulous "ROI" thing, fine, but as of now, I think most are holding strong.

More people are now assuming USF to ACC. I remember not long ago it was hard to find others outside of USF fans believing it could or will happen

army is replacing smu and usf is going to acc

Army to AAC is a done deal starting next season. Army brings in more fan interest and more tickets sold for USF than SMU would. SMU fan support just flat out sucks. I know it is a private school & all but they can’t draw flies.

Yeah, I know there is a lot of speculation and "fake news," but I think I read that Army to American announcement just about everywhere.
